Welcome to The Windspirit at Twin Lakes Cabins and Cafe in Scenic & Historic Twin Lakes Village, Colorado Situated in one of Colorado's most scenic and serene areas, you will find The Windspirit across from the upper Twin Lakes at the foot of Independence Pass. We are located in the San Isabel National Forest, surrounded by many of Colorado's majestic 14,000 ft. peaks and just a short distance away from the crystal clear Arkansas River. You can take your pick of almost any outdoor activity, or if you like, just relax and watch the aspens quake .   Pick Your Pleasure. If it is outdoor recreation, we have it! Fishing, hunting, backpacking, mountain biking, boating and whitewater rafting. In winter we have snow shoeing, cross-country skiing, snowmobiling, and ice fishing.     We Love where we live and we love to share it.
